Storytel (2020-)
As Storytel acquired Kitab Sawti in 2020, I soon took on a role as Product Manager in the Core Experience domain. I’m now the PM for the most core features of Storytel, the listening and reading experience (player and e-book reader).
Kitab Sawti (2016-2020)
Kitab Sawti was founded by me and my co-founder in 2016. I left Netlight not because I was unhappy, but because it was now or never. Kitab Sawti was the world’s largest Arabic audiobook platform and is now a part of Storytel since 2020. When we started, there was no Arabic audiobook market. Untapped markets come with great potential, but also a lot of challenges and the amount of things we have learned is crazy. We built a company with presence in three locations, supported by some of Sweden’s most well-known VCs and angel investors.
Netlight (2011-2016)
I joined Netlight in search of a company where people have visions, passion and are proud of what they do. In 2011, it was 200 people and during my years the company grew with 100 people every year. Netlight is a consultancy company helping clients to achieve tangible results. With clients like Spotify, Daniel Wellington, Schibsted, Bonnier and just about every bank and telco in Sweden, their reputation is fantastic and with good reasons. Netlighters go the extra mile; they genuinely care about the client’s success. Netlighters work as a team - sharing knowledge is a core value and individual growth combined with giving back to the company is a key to its success.
